Job Summary
We are currently seeking Installer candidates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities in Wentzville, Missouri. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical ability who enjoy hands-on work. Extensive automotive experience is not required—this position is well-suited for candidates with basic mechanical skills who are willing to learn and follow work instructions.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Install side steps and skid plates on vehicles
• Use hand and power tools to complete installations
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
• Work as part of a production team to meet daily goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Previous hands-on or mechanical experience preferred but not required
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
