Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician for a 2nd shift manufacturing opportunity in Wentzville, MO. As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining product quality throughout the production process while assisting with employee training and documentation. What You’ll Be Doing
• Assist with training production staff on work instructions and job travelers
• Work with supervisors to verify training effectiveness
• Complete QA check-sheets, first-off inspections, and critical vehicle inspection points
• Provide end-of-shift quality reports to leadership
• Perform receiving inspections as required
• Communicate employee performance concerns that may impact quality output
• Conduct audits on products received, in process, or finished according to established quality standards
• Document inspection findings on appropriate check-sheets a minimum of three times per shift
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and production standards
Requirements
• Previous experience in Quality Control required
• Experience performing inspections, audits, and documentation in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and inspection criteria
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with supervisors and production staff
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment
