Forklift Operator — St. Charles County, MO
Express Employment Professionals is a staffing agency hiring on behalf of our client companies in the St. Louis Metro and St. Charles County area. If selected, you will be employed through Express Employment Professionals.
About the Role
This Forklift Operator role supports warehouse and manufacturing operations throughout St. Charles County, Missouri. You will operate forklifts to move, stage, and organize materials while supporting production, shipping, and receiving activities across all shifts in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and pallets throughout the facility
- Load and unload materials from trailers and staging areas
- Stage product accurately for production, shipping, or storage
- Perform basic inventory movement and location verification
- Follow established safety procedures and traffic rules within the facility
To Be Considered, You Must Meet the Following:
- Direct experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to safely operate industrial forklifts
- Ability to work any shift as assigned
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
