Production Associate | $15–$17/Hour | All Shifts | St. Charles County
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Associates for opportunities located in St. Charles County — conveniently situated for candidates living in St. Charles, O'Fallon, Wentzville, Lake Saint Louis, and surrounding communities. Please note: this position is based in St. Charles County and is not a good commute fit for candidates located in St. Louis City or far east St. Louis County.
About the Role
As a Production Associate, you'll be a key part of keeping the production floor running smoothly. Day-to-day tasks may include assembling products, packaging, sorting, material handling, and other general production duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift & Pay
- Pay: $15.00–$17.00/hour (based on experience)
- All shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
What You'll Need
- Prior production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Team-oriented with attention to detail and safety
