Customer Service Representative | $17–$18/Hour | 1st Shift | St. Charles County

About the Role
As a CSR, you'll be the key point of contact for customers and internal teams alike. Duties may include answering inbound calls and emails, processing orders, updating account information, resolving issues, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Shift & Pay
- Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift
What You'll Need
- Prior customer service experience required
- Background in a related industry (logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or similar) strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities
- Proficient with computers and general office software
