Industrial Maintenance Technician | St. Charles County, MO | Earn $24 - $32/hr
This is for an experienced maintenance tech ready to keep production running at a manufacturing facility in St. Charles County — placed through Express Employment Professionals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to troubleshoot failures
- Replacing motors, bearings, belts, gearboxes, and other mechanical components
- Responding to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime on the production floor
- Documenting maintenance activities and parts usage in a CMMS or maintenance log
We Want You If You
- Have 3+ years of industrial maintenance or electromechanical experience
- Are comfortable working on both electrical (480V) and mechanical systems
- Can read and interpret schematics and equipment manuals independently
- Hold or have held relevant certifications (electrical, PLC, OSHA, or similar) — a strong plus
- Are dependable, self-directed, and can troubleshoot under pressure
This Is NOT For You If
- You have little to no hands-on industrial maintenance experience
- You are only comfortable with one discipline (strictly electrical or strictly mechanical)
- Consistent, reliable attendance is a challenge
- You need constant supervision to complete a repair
