About the Role
Express Employment Professionals is hiring full-time Order Picker & Packaging Associates (1st & 3rd Shift) for fast-paced distribution centers and fulfillment facilities across St. Charles County, MO.
In this active role, you will locate and pull inventory using order sheets or handheld RF scanners, inspect items for quality, securely box and label products for shipment, and stage orders for final delivery. What You Will Do

Accurate Picking: Read order tickets or use RF handheld scanners to locate, select, and retrieve inventory from shelf locations and storage bins.

Quality Inspection: Inspect products for item accuracy, correct part numbers, damage, and proper quantities prior to packaging.

Order Packaging: Securely pack, box, wrap, and seal items according to specific shipping guidelines and product protection standards.

Shipping Prep: Print, verify, and attach packing slips, shipping labels, and barcodes to outgoing packages accurately.

Material Movement: Operate manual pallet jacks or carts to transport picked materials and staged boxes across the floor.

Station Upkeep: Maintain clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked packing stations and aisleways.
What You Need

Experience Level: Order picking, packing, stockroom, or light industrial experience preferred (entry-level applicants with strong attention to detail are welcome).

Detail & Accuracy: High precision when reading SKUs, item descriptions, part numbers, and order forms.

Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 30–40 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

Reliability: Rock-solid attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation across St. Charles County.

Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
