What You Will Do

Machine Setup & Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate production machinery or automated lines according to work orders, travelers, and job specifications.

Line Monitoring: Monitor machinery continuously during operation to catch line jams, mechanical issues, or product defects early.

Quality Control: Conduct routine quality checks using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) or visual inspection standards.

Operator Maintenance: Clean equipment components, clear minor jams, replenish raw materials, and perform routine operator-level upkeep.

Documentation & Specifications: Read job sheets, setup cards, and work instructions to adjust machine parameters, line speeds, and tooling.

Safety Protocols: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace while following facility safety and lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures.
What You Need

Experience Level: Prior machine operation experience or strong mechanical aptitude required.

Technical Proficiency: Basic math skills and the ability to read job orders, specs, or blueprints accurately.

Detail & Precision: High attention to detail for catching out-of-spec products and tracking machine performance.

Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 40–50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

Personal Protective Equipment: Steel-toe work boots strictly required on day one.

Reliability: Rock-solid attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Wentzville, MO.
