Job Description
We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Insulation Installers to join a local Bozeman team! This position involves installing insulation materials in residential and/or commercial buildings while maintaining high safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and learning skilled trades.
Responsibilities
-
Install various types of insulation (blown-in, batt, spray foam, etc.)

Prepare job sites and materials prior to installation

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Work efficiently as part of a team

Maintain a clean and organized job site
Qualifications
-
Prior insulation or construction experience preferred, but not required

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and take direction
-
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas
