Job Title: Insulation Installer
Location: Based in Four Corners, MT – Projects in Bozeman, Belgrade, Big Sky & SW Montana
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Overview:
Join our team as Insulation Installers. No prior experience is required—we provide full training. You’ll work on a team of 2–6 people installing fiberglass batt insulation in new residential and light commercial construction. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position with consistent year-round work.
Key Responsibilities:

Load and transport insulation materials and equipment to job sites

Prep work areas: can-foam gaps, staple insulation, install attic venting

Install fiberglass batt insulation and vapor barriers

Clean up sites, dispose of waste, and load out gear

Maintain tools, trucks, and shop spaces
-
Occasionally coordinate with clients and project managers on site
Schedule:
-
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Meet daily at the Four Corners shop

Paid travel to and from job sites
-
Projects primarily in Bozeman, Belgrade, and Big Sky

Occasional work in other southwest Montana areas
Requirements:

Clean driver’s license (required – you may drive company vehicles)

Ability to perform physical labor and use hand tools
