Job Full Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing service requests, coordinating field staff or technicians, ensuring timely completion of work orders, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role serves as the key point of contact between clients, service teams, and internal departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments, maintenance visits, and emergency repairs.

  • Act as a liaison between customers, service technicians, and internal teams to ensure effective communication.

  • Monitor service requests and work orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

  • Maintain service records and documentation in company databases or systems.

  • Follow up with clients to confirm service satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

  • Manage parts orders and inventory coordination when necessary.

  • Generate service reports, performance metrics, and customer feedback summaries.

  • Assist in billing and invoicing support related to completed service jobs.

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and other communications from clients with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, customer service, or administrative role (1–3 years preferred).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and service management software (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceTitan, SAP, etc.).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.


Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role, with possible hybrid or remote work options.

  • May require occasional overtime or availability during off-hours for emergency coordination.
