A local and well known business is seeking a highly organized, proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to partner closely with our Founder/COO and help drive company growth. This trusted role keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting leadership, strengthening our culture, and ensuring accountability across the organization. What You’ll Do
- Support the COO and leadership team with prioritization, communication, and follow-through on company goals.
- Prepare agendas, take clear notes, and track action items to keep initiatives moving.
- Draft and polish internal and external communications.
- Maintain organized digital/physical files and coordinate meetings, events, and key deadlines.
- Help gather and summarize financial/operational data and assist with simple spreadsheets or trackers.
- Document and refine processes, identify gaps, and suggest practical improvements.
- Support special projects to free up leadership to focus on growth.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of administrative experience (technical or railroading background a plus).
- Clear, confident communication and strong writing skills.
- Exceptional organization, time management, and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfort with Office/Google Suite, calendars, and shared drives.
- A trustworthy, compassionate, quick-witted personality and the courage to take on the unknown.
