Now Hiring: Property Manager
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and help create a positive experience for residents and owners alike. If you’re organized, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do:

Manage daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties

Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors

Handle leasing, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs

Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services

Conduct property inspections to ensure standards are met

Prepare reports, budgets, and documentation as needed
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
What We’re Looking For:

Previous property management experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Highly organized with great attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment

Proficiency with property management software is a plus
