Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Field Service Technician
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity supporting hospitals and medical facilities based in the Las Vegas area, with frequent travel throughout the region and across the U.S.
Pay: $27–$30/hr (plus overtime and bonuses) Average 10-30 OT hours every 2 weeks!
Schedule: Full-time, field-based role with flexible hours and travel
Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and service specialized medical sterilization equipment
-
Travel to client sites locally, regionally, and nationally as needed
-
Perform hands-on repairs, equipment installs, and preventive maintenance
-
Book and manage your own travel (company card or reimbursement provided)

Complete service reports and coordinate with internal teams

Flexible scheduling based on facility access (early mornings or evenings may be required)
What We’re Looking For:
-
Background in:
-
Industrial HVAC, steam/boiler systems, or pressure-based equipment
-
Capital medical equipment (e.g., sterilizers, operating tables, lights)
-
Military experience (especially Navy/submarine systems) is a strong plus
-
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
-
Must have clean driving record and able to travel frequently

Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working in hospital settings
Training Provided:

In-person training to start, with follow-up field training and mentorship
