Express Employment Professionals is currently interviewing for a Maintenance Technician
We want to market out your skills to maintenance jobs we have access to in the Las Vegas area.
MUST HAVE PRIOR MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
(Custodial/Janitorial experience does not qualify you for this role)
Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.

Respond to work orders and maintenance requests from residents and staff
-
Maintain outdoor areas, including lawn mowing, landscaping, weed pulling, and working outside
-
Keep common areas clean, safe, and in good working order, both inside and out
What We’re Looking For:
-
Experience in general maintenance, HVAC, drywall, and groundskeeping

Longevity in previous positions
-
Two business reference checks (co-workers or supervisors)
