Job Description:
This role is perfect for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with machines and ensuring quality in production. Candidates should be self-motivated, dependable, and ready to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor folding machines to produce brochures, catalogs, and other printed materials

Adjust machine settings, guides, and rollers to meet job specifications

Inspect folded materials for accuracy, quality, and consistency

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and clear paper jams

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience operating machinery or in a production environment preferred

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues

Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 25–50 lbs

Ability to follow instructions and work independently
