Express Employment Professionals is currently interviewing for Sous Chef Positions with High-End Clients.


We partner with upscale restaurants, luxury catering companies, and banquet facilities that require experienced culinary professionals to deliver exceptional service.

After your interview and qualification, you’ll be added to our call list and contacted regularly as new high-level assignments become available.

 

Pay: $22/hr Depending on Assignment

 

Responsibilities May Include:
• Assisting the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Supervising and training kitchen staff
• Preparing and presenting high-quality meals to fine dining standards
• Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Supporting menu planning, inventory, and ordering as needed
• Helping with banquets, catered events, and large-scale food preparation

 

Pay and schedules will vary based on the client and event needs.

 

We’re looking for candidates who:
• Have proven experience as a Sous Chef or culinary leader in restaurants, catering, banquets, or fine dining kitchens (fast food experience is not a match for these roles)
• Are reliable and punctual
• Bring strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Can thrive in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment
• Are passionate about food quality and presentation
