We’re looking for caring, dependable individuals who enjoy helping others and being an essential part of a community. As a Campus Rover, you’ll be constantly moving, assisting with cleaning, laundry, organizing supplies, and supporting residents and staff. You will play a hands-on, vital role in keeping the campus running smoothly and ensuring everyone feels supported.
Pay Rate: $13.75/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Evaluation-to-Hire Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Walk the campus regularly and stay active throughout the day. (5-acre campus)

Assist with cleaning, laundry, and organizing supplies as needed.

Build positive relationships with residents, guests, and staff.

Respond to requests for help and provide guidance or support when challenges arise.

Keep simple daily logs of activities, observations, and any incidents.

Help manage the flow of people and vehicles on campus.

Support the team during meetings, events, and community programs.
What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, patient, and respectful communication style.

Comfortable working with people experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, or substance use.

Dependable, professional, and able to work hands-on with a variety of tasks.

Able to walk and stay on your feet throughout the day (campus is 5 acres).

Must pass a background check.
