Branch Supervisor – Campus Credit Union
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (some flexibility during campus events)
Pay Range: $46,406 – $69,609 annually
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, with consideration for internal equity and growth opportunities.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our on-campus credit union branch. This role supervises and supports student employees while ensuring excellent member service, accurate cash operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate has experience with loan origination, cash handling, and team leadership and enjoys working in a campus environment.
Responsibilities

Supervise daily branch operations and member service activities

Train, schedule, and coach student employees

Assist with hiring and onboarding of student staff

Originate and process consumer loan applications in accordance with policy

Ensure accurate cash handling, balancing, vault controls, and transaction processing

Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with credit union regulations

Handle member questions and resolve escalated issues

Complete basic reporting and administrative tasks

Support financial education and campus outreach events
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)

2+ years of experience in banking or credit union operations

Experience with consumer loan origination and processing

Demonstrated cash handling and cash management experience

Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred

Experience working with students or entry-level staff a plus

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems)
