Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals seeking reliable and professional Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced call center environment. This is a full-time position only; part-time availability is not offered.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

Assist customers with inquiries, account updates, and issue resolution

Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures

Meet attendance, quality, and performance standards
Requirements:

Full-time availability is required

100% attendance during the 90-day onboarding and training period

Full-time hours during training

High school diploma or GED required

Ability to work an 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week, with shifts assigned Sunday through Saturday between 4:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
