Job Title: HVAC Service Dispatcher
Pay: $17-19, DOE
Day shift, Mon-Fri
The Role:
As our HVAC Dispatcher, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations. You aren't just scheduling appointments; you are solving puzzles. You’ll be the primary link between our customers in need and our technicians in the field. Your goal is to maximize efficiency, ensure our techs are supported, and provide our customers with the peace of mind that help is on the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Master the Schedule: Coordinate and clear the daily dispatch board to ensure all service calls are handled promptly.
- Strategic Routing: Assign the right technician to the right job based on skill level, location, and urgency to minimize drive time.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the first point of contact for incoming service requests, providing empathetic and professional communication.
- Tech Support: Stay in constant contact with technicians to track progress, provide job site details, and assist with parts ordering or follow-ups.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate customer records and update job statuses in our system
- Problem Solving: Pivot quickly when emergencies arise or jobs run long, keeping customers informed of any delays.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical experience is a huge plus
- Tech Savvy: Ability to learn new software quickly and manage multiple screens/tabs at once.
- Communication: A "phone voice" that is calm, professional, and reassuring.
