Express Employment Professionals is actively hiring Customer Care Specialists for a growing healthcare support team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy helping people, and are comfortable handling a variety of customer interactions across phone, email, and chat platforms.
Schedule During Training:
Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Available Work Hours After Training:
Sunday through Saturday | Between 5:30 AM – 11:30 PM
Must be flexible to work an assigned 8-hour shift within operating hours.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assist customers with account support, scheduling, enrollment, and general service questions
• Provide professional support through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate concerns when appropriate
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up requests
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining excellent customer service
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
• Deliver a positive customer experience in a high-volume environment
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 1 year of recent customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable managing multiple support channels simultaneously
• Ability to remain professional and organized in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and system navigation
• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or health tech environments
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk
• Experience working in fast-paced or startup-style environments
• Comfortable using Mac operating systems
