Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a professional and customer focused Store Clerk for a convenience store/souvenir shop located inside a condominium/timeshare property.
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 11:45 AM to 8:15 PM
- Days Off: Monday and Tuesday
- Must be available to work weekends
- Overtime available as needed
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Process cash, credit card, and check transactions accurately
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift
- Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions
- Stock merchandise, snacks, beverages, and souvenirs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked store
- Assist with general store operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail, cashier, or convenience store experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling cash and balancing a register
- Dependable with a positive, professional attitude
- Able to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
