Express Employment Professionals is hiring detail oriented and service driven professionals IMMEDIATELY to join a growing healthcare support team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others, solving problems, and working in a dynamic, technology driven environment.
This is a full time, onsite opportunity with paid training and immediate openings.
Pay: $18/hr
About the Role
Daily responsibilities include assisting with member accounts, appointment scheduling, enrollment, prescription related questions, provider resources, product education, and general service inquiries.
Operating Hours
Sunday through Saturday
5:30 AM to 11:30 PM
Employees will be assigned an 8-hour shift within the operating hours. Work schedules and days off are assigned after training. (Must have open availability within these hours.)
Required Qualifications
• Background in healthcare, health insurance, patient support, membership services, or contact centers.
• Experience using CRM software, case management systems, or customer support platforms.
• Strong technical aptitude and confidence learning new software.
• Experience working in performance driven customer service environments.
