Paving Machine Operator – Las Vegas, NV
ASAP Start | On-Call with Regular Work Available | Pay DOE
We are hiring an experienced Paving Machine Operator for a temporary staffing assignment with a client in the Las Vegas area near Paradise Road.
What You’ll Do
- Operate paving machine/paver safely and efficiently.
- Control material flow, hopper, augers, conveyors, and screed.
- Maintain proper grade, thickness, and smooth finish.
- Coordinate with dump truck drivers, rakers, and ground crew.
- Perform basic equipment and safety checks.
- Follow all job-site safety procedures.
What We Need
- Experienced paving machine operator – must know how to operate the equipment.
- Heavy equipment and OSHA safety knowledge.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work outdoors in hot and changing weather conditions.
- Dependable and available for on-call work, with potential for regular assignments.
Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)
