Nurse Case Manager
Pay: $40 to $65 per hour
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Full Time, Direct Hire
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Nurse Case Manager to coordinate and evaluate patient care across the healthcare continuum. This position works closely with patients, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, coordinate services, and support quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
• Active Nevada RN license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• 3+ years of acute care hospital nursing experience
• Experience in Case Management, Discharge Planning, or Utilization Review
• Strong knowledge of patient assessment and care coordination
Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of acute care Case Management experience
• Pediatric Case Management experience
• Emergency Department experience
• Utilization Review experience
• Knowledge of MCG or Milliman guidelines
• CCM or ACM certification
