Location: Carson City
Duration: 2+ months
Pay Rate: DOE ($35 per hour)-Temp to Hire
We are currently seeking 2-4 experienced millwright fabricators/welders to join our team for a project in Reno/Sparks/Fernley. The ideal candidates should have the ability to fabricate and weld with precision and accuracy, and have a strong understanding of industrial equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
- Fabricate and weld parts as needed
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as required
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a millwright fabricator/welder
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
