Location: Reno, NV
Type: Full-Time | In-Office
Schedule: Monday–Friday (fast-paced, client-driven environment)

Pay $60K to $70K DOE

Lead Account Operations Manager

Location: Reno, NV | Full-Time | In-Office

Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Account Operations Manager to support and grow key staffing accounts while driving daily execution across recruiting, account management, and inside/outside sales support. This is a hands-on, working manager role requiring staffing industry experience, strong operational discipline, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This position plays a critical role in client satisfaction, associate success, and internal team alignment.


Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Client Management

  • Manage and support assigned staffing accounts (light industrial, clerical, professional, and onsite models)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, escalations, and workforce planning

  • Partner with sales leadership to drive account growth and retention

  • Ensure contract compliance, service standards, and overall client satisfaction

Staffing Operations (Working Manager Role)

  • Actively recruit, place, and onboard associates

  • Monitor attendance, performance, and assignment continuity

  • Ensure timecard accuracy and coordinate payroll issue resolution

  • Support disciplinary actions, coaching, and associate relations

Sales & Growth Support

  • Perform daily sales and recruiting calls

  • Support inside sales efforts, client follow-ups, and opportunity identification

  • Identify upselling opportunities, service gaps, and staffing trends

  • Maintain accurate CRM and ATS records

Leadership & Team Support

  • Provide daily operational leadership and accountability

  • Support and mentor recruiters and internal staff

  • Maintain a steady, dependable leadership presence during high-volume or high-stress periods


Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, account management, and/or workforce solutions

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills

  • Dependable, consistent, and solution-oriented

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Preferred:

  • College degree (preferred)

  • Prior management or lead experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Inside sales or client growth experience

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – strong plus

  • Experience with ATS and CRM systems

  • Knowledge of Nevada employment or staffing practices
