Now Hiring – Full-Time Warehouse Associate | Sparks Distribution Center
We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity at our Distribution Center in Sparks! If you have warehouse experience and are looking for a stable schedule with growth potential, we want to hear from you.
Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour (temporary rate) with a raise upon hire
-
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Overtime: Up to 5 hours per week as needed
Key Responsibilities
-
Receive, pick, stock, and ship orders using warehouse equipment and computer systems

Operate equipment such as reach truck, order picker, and walkie rider
-
Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety standards

Maintain accurate distribution and receiving processes

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Follow company policies and work instructions
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Basic math, communication, and English skills
-
Experience with warehouse systems (AS400 or similar preferred)

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently
-
Comfortable standing for long periods
-
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
-
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
-
Previous material handling equipment experience preferred

Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain/renew)
