Machine Operators Needed – Sparks, NV (local)
$17/hr (Level 1) | $18/hr (Level 2)
Day Shift: M–F 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM | OT Available | Double Time on Weekends
Join a leading manufacturer in Sparks! We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to operate machinery and support production in a quality-driven, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor machines to meet production goals
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance
- Follow quality control procedures and complete production accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
What We’re Looking For:
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (not required)
- Mechanical aptitude with basic math and measuring skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods
