Mechanic Assistant
Pay: $25–$27/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Location: Based at shop; travel to local job sites and USA Parkway

We are seeking a Mechanic Assistant to help maintain, repair, and modify equipment and vehicles. This role involves working in the shop and traveling to various job sites using a company-provided work truck.
Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment and vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Assist with custom fabrication and modifications
- Inspect equipment and identify repair needs
- Order parts and services as needed
- Work safely and collaboratively with the team
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of heavy equipment repair experience
- Must provide own hand tools
- Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving between job sites
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks
Work Environment:
- Indoor and outdoor work in all seasons
- Exposure to noise, moving equipment, fumes, and hazardous areas
