Now Hiring: Warehouse Team Lead (1st Shift)
Location: USA Parkway
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Primary Focus: Outbound Operations
We’re seeking a motivated Warehouse Team Lead to support daily operations and drive efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience who enjoys working in a team-oriented setting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and balance daily workload within the assigned area
- Support and guide team members to meet daily goals
- Ensure organization, accuracy, and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Train employees and promote continuous improvement
- Act as a liaison between staff and supervisors
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Warehouse experience required
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
- Comfortable working at heights when needed
