$25/hour
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | 1-hour lunch

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct multi-line phones
Greet clients and visitors professionally
Conduct new client intake calls
Filing, office organization, and administrative support
Support attorneys and office staff with daily operations

Qualifications:

4-year college degree required
Professional appearance and communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Reliable transportation required
Must pass extensive background check (No misdemeanors or felonies)
