Position Highlights:
- Starting pay: $20/hour
- Part-time schedule: 20–25 hours per week
- Monday–Friday Flexible scheduling available
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Scheduling appointments and processing service orders
- Dispatching and coordinating service calls
- Calling customers to confirm and remind them of upcoming service dates
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks as needed
