Position Overview: Swing Shift

Pay: $20/hour to start

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM-2pm-10:30

Location: Sparks, NV

Work Environment: Clean, bright, and climate-controlled warehouse
Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints or schematics

Use measuring tools accurately (such as tape measures, calipers, etc.)

Operate hand-held and electric tools with precision
-
Follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards

Work efficiently and safely in a team-focused environment
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in assembly, light manufacturing, or a similar hands-on role

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Dependable with a solid attendance record

Ability to take direction, problem-solve, and work independently

Comfortable using basic hand tools and reading technical drawings
