Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Starting Salary: $21/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic recruiting plan to ensure a consistent pool of qualified associates.
- Maintain high levels of daily recruiting activity to generate a steady flow of strong candidates.
- Establish and nurture a robust network of community-based contacts to tap into diverse talent pools.
- Foster lasting relationships with existing associates, ensuring a positive experience with Express throughout their assignments.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the team, contributing to all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must.
Qualifications:
- 4-year marketing/business degree or a compelling combination of work experience and education.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in recruiting and/or customer service.
- Fast-paced, sharp, with meticulous attention to detail.
- A dedicated team player, ready to support the team in achieving our recruitment goals.
