Small, locally operated high-end appliance service company is looking for a dependable, organized Office Dispatcher to join their team.
This position may start part-time with flexible hours and grow into full-time for the right person.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Strong knowledge of the Reno/Sparks area
- Ability to efficiently schedule and route service technicians
- Dependable and organized
- Comfortable working in a small-office environment
- Good computer and communication skills
- Able to juggle customers, schedules, and changing priorities
- Professional and friendly demeanor
