Position Title: Warehouse Associate

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position requires the ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly, stand and walk throughout the entire shift, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must be willing to train on forklift operation or have previous forklift experience.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts (training provided).
• Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds consistently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
• Forklift experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or production experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift and move items weighing 50+ pounds.
• Stand and walk continuously throughout the workday.
• Perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and twisting.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
