Machine Operator / Food Production
$21.60/hr Starting Pay + Attendance Bonus
$24/hr Once Certified + $1/hr Attendance Bonus
Join a small, close-knit food production company that takes pride in quality and rewards dependable employees!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 AM–5 PM
10–12 hour days depending on production. Fridays may be off when production is lighter.
What You’ll Do
- Operate food production machinery
- Shape and laminate dough
- Monitor batch timing and quality
- Change and clean dies, cutters, and equipment
- Complete basic production checks and reporting
What We Need
- Excellent attendance is a must
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- Basic math and reading skills
- Good communication and hand-eye coordination
- Safety-minded and dependable
