Express Employment Professionals is Looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys fixing things and keeping properties running smoothly!
Pay: $22/hour
Opportunity: Temporary position with potential Temp-to-Hire for the right candidate
Duties may include:
- Apartment maintenance and unit turns
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Drywall patching and painting
- Replacing fixtures, faucets, locks, and hardware
- Troubleshooting maintenance issues
- Appliance repairs/basic maintenance
- Completing work orders
- General property and grounds maintenance
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently.
