Pay Rate: $17.25/hour
Start Date: Training begins October 7, 2026
Schedule
- Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Sunday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products according to customer orders
- Pack items securely to ensure safe shipment
- Verify order accuracy and inspect products for quality
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems as needed
- Label, sort, and prepare shipments for distribution
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Meet daily productivity and quality expectations
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or inventory experience is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
