Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking motivated Pick & Pack Warehouse Associates for a client in the Reno area.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 7:30am-5:30pm
Convenient Location: This position is accessible via the local bus line.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately fulfill customer orders using pick lists and packing lists
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
- Count and verify inventory to ensure order accuracy
- Review packing documentation to confirm all required items are included
- Package products using protective materials such as foam, paper, plastic, and other packing supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet productivity and quality standards while performing repetitive tasks
Equipment and Tools Used
Employees may work with or operate a variety of warehouse equipment, including:
- Shelving, racks, bins, and pallets
- Carts and hand trucks
- Barcode scanners and labeling equipment
- Conveyors and freight elevators
- Computer systems for order processing and inventory tracking
- Forklifts (if certified)
- Telephone and warehouse communication systems
Qualifications
- Previous picking and packing experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
