Reno, NV | $110,000–$125,000 DOE | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Service Center Operations Manager to lead a busy industrial equipment service and repair facility. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong financial management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily service center operations, scheduling, workflow, and productivity.

Lead, coach, and develop service technicians and support staff.

Manage budgets, P&L statements, operating expenses, and profitability.

Prepare and oversee customer quotes, repair estimates, and service pricing.

Control waste, reduce unnecessary expenses, and maximize resource utilization.

Monitor financial performance, revenue, costs, and profit margins.

Ensure safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Manage inventory, parts purchasing, and vendor relationships.

Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of management experience in industrial service, manufacturing, heavy equipment, or equipment repair.

Proven experience with P&L management, budgeting, cost controls, and quoting.

Strong leadership and team development skills.

Understanding of industrial equipment maintenance and repair operations.

Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Compensation & Opportunity
