Job Description
As a Production Worker, you will assist with the daily manufacturing and assembly of products, ensuring quality standards are met and production goals are achieved. You’ll operate machinery, inspect products, and help maintain a clean and safe work area.
Key Responsibilities

Operate or assist with production machinery and equipment

Assemble, inspect, and package finished goods according to company standards

Follow detailed production instructions and safety guidelines

Maintain accurate records of production quantities and materials used

Perform quality control checks to ensure product consistency

Assist with cleaning and organizing the production floor
Requirements
✅ Experience – Previous experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing preferred
✅ Physical Ability – Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
✅ Skills – Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
✅ Teamwork – Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others
✅ Reliability – Consistent attendance and willingness to work overtime if required
✅ Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)
