Express Employment Professionals – Brooklyn, NY is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Associate (Bilingual: Chinese and English) to join a busy warehouse and distribution team. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
As a Pick and Pack Associate, you’ll be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment according to order specifications. Bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English are required to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and shipping partners effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick items based on order sheets or scanning systems

Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment

Verify order accuracy and inspect items for damage before packing

Assist with loading/unloading shipments and maintaining inventory organization

Communicate with supervisors and team members in both English and Chinese

Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Requirements
✅ Language – Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English
✅ Experience – Previous warehouse, pick/pack, or logistics experience preferred
✅ Physical Requirements – Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
✅ Teamwork – Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work well in a team environment
✅ Attention to Detail – Accuracy in picking and packaging orders
✅ Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)
