- Mon & Fri: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Tue–Thu: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Sat & Sun: Off
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance HVAC Technician to start immediately. This role is being filled on a temporary basis with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a building maintenance setting
- Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and service checks
- Diagnose HVAC issues and complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Maintain documentation of work performed and follow facility procedures
- Support building operations as needed and communicate updates clearly to onsite leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations
Preferred Certifications
- EPA Certification (required)
- S12
- S13
- P98
- P99
- Compressor G35 (experience with adiabatic systems preferred)
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician in maintenance/building operations
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the required schedule
- Professional communication and customer service mindset
