Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our support team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources

Resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone

Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in our support system

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, logistics, product) to resolve complex issues

Identify common issues and trends and re0port them to the team for continuous improvement
Requirements

You must be able to work 12 Sundays a year! No exceptions!

This is not a remote position. You must be able to commute to the Inwood, Long Island location.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using help desk software, online chat, and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk)

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

A positive attitude and a passion for helping others

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in online retail/eCommerce customer support

Familiarity with order management systems and shipping logistics

Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
