We are working with a construction parts supplier in The Bronx that is looking for a highly motivated Receptionist to join their team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and customers, warmly welcoming and guiding them during their visit.
Perform essential clerical duties that contribute to the office's daily functioning
Greet clients and visitors courteously, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Aid in various operational tasks to support the smooth running of the office and warehouse
Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and safe for all visitors.
Assist the management team with special projects as they happen.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Strong aptitude for delivering exceptional office reception.
Experience with computer software, notably Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in interactions.
Experience in managing or handling client inquiries and concerns.
Being able to have a conversation in Spanish preferred but not required.
Must be able to come into the office in The Bronx five days a week. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
