Local college is seeking temporary support for the Financial Aid Operations and Data Specialist beginning July 2025 through January 2026

Provide administrative and technical support for the Financial Aid Office
Strong customer service skills, student financial aid knowledge preferred, and technical proficiency
First point of contact for all students and families, responding to requests for information via email, phone and in-person
Process and send all financial aid offers to incoming and currently enrolled students. Maintain updated electronic copies in PowerFAIDS, SLATE and OnBase
Using the PowerFAIDS database and electronic communication, oversee financial aid checklist and the submission of documents
Monitor and update financial aid website
Assist with hiring and training, and supervise Financial Aid Office student workers
