Job Full Description
Premier company in Whitesboro is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Quality Administrator will provide administration support to the quality department, to help managers and staff deliver business success in line with best practices.
Responsibilities :
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Participate in cross-functional teams in the investigation and elimination of causes of quality problems and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Review Non-Conforming material and submit for customer approval. Assist with MRB and scrap records maintenance.
- Send daily report outs of customer disposition of Non-Conforming material.
- Perform certain product verification operations including but not limited to part marking, visual inspection, surface finish measurements, pan weight, CMM Inspection, DSQR etc.
- Record and report out measurement data as requested by Quality or Process Engineering
- Collection of documents for audit preparation
- Create shipping documents for OSS or customer shipments
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Self-reliance in ability to manage workload and deliver on schedule with decreasing dependence upon management to guide/oversee.
- Consistently produces results that exceed expectations in time frames that benefit the project/team.
- Intermediate knowledge of using computer, including web browser, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, customers and suppliers.
- Working knowledge of quality programs/initiatives related to continuous improvement.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma
- Preferred 2 year college in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering
